    Message from the Head Chef

We are seeking an exceptional candidate to assist me in managing and leading a young kitchen team. The restaurant has been open for approximately 1 year and we are extremely ambitious and hungry for growth, constant improvement and review and forward thinking.

We are looking for a candidate who will assist in improving our processes, assist in supervising and managing the team in a candid, open and agile way and can orchestrate a team under pressure in a fast pace working environment. You should be calm in demeanour, a strong communicator and have experience in producing good quality food consistently to an agreed specification. You should be familiar with due diligence records and sign offs, have good IT skills and be familiar with stock management and ordering requirements.

We require a strong Sous Chef to pick the kitchen up, inject energy, pace, and direction, organise both BOH and FOH staff and ensure that a multi-faceted operation is running smoothly from head-to-toe. You should be adaptable, highly organised and forward thinking at all times, using your character, personality and experience to guide the department into further success.

This is a truly exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make their mark, with opportunities day-on-day to have a direct influence on operational practice and creative decisions. You will need to be capable of liaising with other departments within the business, forming meaningful and long-lasting relationships, and you will quickly develop a strong understanding of the workings of an exciting Hospitality & Leisure business within the world of golf, who are being disruptive and inclusive in their approach. You will have many qualities to offer that you will bring to a passionate and enterprising management team.

If you feel that you can thrive and bring value to this project, I would urge you to apply and be a part of something unique.
